We are Code First Girls, an organization dedicated to closing the gender gap in tech by providing free education that leads to employment. Our mission is to empower women through coding skills, and we have successfully helped over 250,000 women learn to code. Our work involves collaborating with global companies to promote diversity, employability, and social mobility. As we expand internationally, we are launching new initiatives like Code First Teams, which focus on employee training.
The role we are offering is a full-time position within our B2B Marketing team, suitable for candidates with at least 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing. The successful candidate will be proactive, organized, and commercially minded, with strong communication and campaign skills. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day client marketing activations, partner marketing, nurture campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), and lifecycle projects. This role requires close collaboration across teams in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
Your responsibilities will include supporting inbound and ABM campaigns across paid media, PR, content, and events. You will assist with B2B content creation such as newsletters, webinars, research papers, landing pages, and SEO efforts. Organizing client events like roundtables and breakfasts, as well as thought-leadership initiatives, will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will support outbound strategies including account mapping, prospect engagement, and awards.
In the client nurture phase, you will build and optimize workflows, lead qualification, and personalization efforts. Supporting sales with decks, case studies, and bespoke content is essential, along with re-engaging lapsed leads. For client onboarding and engagement, you will ensure exceptional onboarding experiences, manage lifecycle marketing touchpoints, and coordinate marketing materials with stakeholders.
Driving account growth, retention, and advocacy will be key, including activating clients through PR, content, case studies, events, and impact reports. You will produce social graphics, testimonials, and success stories, and manage client communications such as newsletters and updates. Monitoring campaign performance, delivering insights, and optimizing strategies will be ongoing tasks. You will also research market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities across segments, verticals, and international markets.
Our benefits include a salary between £35,000 and £45,000 depending on experience, 20 days annual leave plus additional days over Christmas, a special occasion day, and bank holidays. We offer flexible working hours from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, with the option to work abroad for up to 90 days annually. After six months, employees can access our CFGdegree, valued at £10,000. We provide a pension scheme with a 6% match, parental leave, phased return to work, mental health support through Spill, and opportunities for progression towards a Marketing Manager role. The role reports to the Senior Marketing Manager (Client Experience/B2B).
The application process involves a video interview, followed by meetings with the Marketing Director and wider team. The start date is flexible depending on notice periods. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship. We welcome applications from all genders and diverse backgrounds.
