What will you be doing?
As a Trustee, you’ll help shape the strategic direction of our charity, ensuring strong governance and sustainable growth. You’ll contribute your expertise, whether therapeutic, education, or business development, to support vulnerable children and their families. Trustees attend regular board meetings, contribute to strategic planning and act as ambassadors for our cause. Commitment, passion, integrity and alignment with our values are essential.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for Trustees who bring expertise in one or more of the following areas:
Child Mental Health: A clinician with experience in family-based therapeutic provision and strong knowledge of clinical best practices and emerging trends. Education: A background in the education sector, ideally as a headteacher, senior leadership team member, or educational consultant, with a keen interest in supporting children with social, emotional, behavioural, and educational challenges. Business Development: Strategic thinkers with the ability to shape long-term growth, identify new opportunities, and guide sustainable development.
