What will you be doing?
We provide supported housing to people moving out of homelessness and operate a vibrant community food project that rescues surplus food and provides nutritious meals to those facing hardship. As demand grows, we’re expanding our services with the help of experienced professionals like you.

Shape and monitor our strategy Ensure resources are used effectively and responsibly Build partnerships and raise our profile in the sector Strengthen governance and ensure best practice Experience in policy development helpful, and an appetite for growth
What difference will you make?
Our Board is focused on steering the charity through a period of sustainable growth. Key priorities include:
Securing long-term funding beyond housing benefit Building strong partnerships across the community and voluntary sector Strengthening hr 7 compliance, and best practice as we scale
We’re looking for a Trustee with experience in the HR and/or compliance, who can bring insight into service delivery, partnership building, and the wonderful challenges of growth.
