Role Summary:

  • Assist the Head of Asia in day-to-day programming, community management and partnerships
  • Lead Tech Nation’s international expansion programs to support Singaporean start-ups planning UK expansion
  • Own content and partnership delivery, community engagement, and agenda development for FF Asia events
  • Act as a link between programming, partnerships, and event operations

  • Fluency in startup, VC, and tech culture in Asia

  • Experience working in both Singapore and UK ecosystems

We’re looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial Content and Program Lead to help scale Founders Forum across Asia. This role sits at the heart of our community – working across content curation, speaker engagement, and mid-tier partnerships – to bring our signature events to life in Asia while also driving Tech Nation’s international expansion programmes.

As the right hand to our Head of Asia, leading day-to-day programming, managing and nurturing our community, and supporting tactical partnerships across our Forums, while also spearheading Tech Nation’s efforts to support Singaporean startups expanding to the UK. You’re a natural storyteller, obsessed with what makes an event feel special, and comfortable speaking to founders, VCs, and C-suite stakeholders.

Requirements

You Might Be a Fit If You:

  • Have 3-5 years’ experience in content programming, partnerships, or ecosystem roles
  • Are fluent in startup, VC, and tech culture in Asia
  • Have strong creative instincts (e.g. decks, talk titles, speaker curation)
  • Are confident managing external vendors, speakers, and stakeholders independently
  • Thrive in ambiguity and love being part of something growing fast
  • Have experience working in both the Singapore and UK ecosystems
  • Have the right to work in Singapore

What You’ll Do

Content & Community

  • Own agenda development across FF Asia events: speaker research, session design, narrative structure
  • Draft formats, talk titles, and event briefs
  • Support VIP speaker outreach and manage mid-tier confirmations/logistics
  • Maintain and engage our founder and speaker community between events
  • Send and manage community communications for events
  • Manage data operations of our member network (Salesforce, Swoogo, Attendium

Partnerships

  • Work with Head of Asia to shape partnership tiering and value propositions
  • Liaise with the global FF team to localise and deliver sponsor commitments
  • Ensure all content and partnerships are delivered on-brand and on-time

Cross-functional

  • Act as the connective tissue between programming, partnerships, and event ops
  • Collaborate with contractor ops leads to ensure seamless execution
  • Keep track of timelines, shared docs, CRM inputs, and comms

Tech Nation Programme

  • Lead and deliver Tech Nation’s Singapore-UK market expansion programme, including events, educational sessions, curated 1:1 introductions and strategic reporting
  • Build and manage relationships with participating startups, ensuring services meet their needs and goals
  • Outreach and curate engagements with founders and commercial partners, working closely with Ops and Partnerships teams
  • Support recruitment of startups, advisors, mentors, and partners to strengthen programme delivery
  • Opportunity to travel with and host delegations to the UK (e.g. London Tech Week), representing Tech Nation in international contexts
  • Leverage tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and PitchBook to identify and curate high-impact engagements
  • Manage partner relationships with clear communication, quality reporting, and delivery against agreed KPIs
  • Oversee programme impact through project management of KPIs and strategic reporting
