We have been at the forefront of electric vehicle adoption in the UK since 2009, with over 250,000 charge points installed and trusted by major automotive brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar Land Rover, BMW, and Kia. As a Customer Success Associate, you will have a fantastic opportunity to combine customer care with commercial impact in a fast-growing industry. This role is a 6-month fixed-term contract, fully remote within the UK, and involves supporting our customers through various touchpoints. You will proactively contact customers before their service expires to ensure continued coverage and access to services, follow up on warm leads, and upsell or renew subscriptions. Your goal will be to deliver a positive, solution-oriented experience via calls, emails, and campaigns, maintaining high customer satisfaction and value.
You will also be responsible for becoming an expert in our charging products, confidently communicating product features and benefits to customers. Working closely with different in-house teams, you will help ensure smooth customer journeys and support wider commercial objectives. Maintaining accurate CRM records and consistently achieving renewal, extension, and conversion targets will be key to your success.
The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in sales, renewals, telesales, or a customer-facing role. Experience in EV, technology, or SaaS is a bonus. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, a customer-first mindset, and a sales-driven attitude are essential. You should be organized, efficient, comfortable with tech tools and CRM systems, and possess a knack for persuasion and negotiation.
