Volunteer Lead Videographer for the World's Biggest Sustainability Film Festival, London

What will you be doing?

Please could you indicate in your response if you are available on ALL or SOME these days at the times. 17th Oct, 10.30- 11.30 am at Piccadilly Lights (Piccadilly Circus, London) 7th Nov  2.30-7pm at Curzon Soho, London. 14th Nov 10.30-11.30 am at Piccadilly Lights (Piccadilly Circus, London)  NOTE: Videographers should have their own kit, including (ideally) decent lighting gear for indoor event lighting for red carpet on 7th Nov in Curzon Soho (e.g light box etc). enquire for more details if unsure.    A great opportunity for a professional videographer to contribute to a growing movement in its 7th year , facilitating creativity bring positive changes all around us.   Your photographs and videos can inspire millions to participate at the festival. You will be capturing all of the best moments of the festival starting from opening of the festival at one of London's icon site. Capture interviews of leaders and celebrities. Cover the screening and awards at the red-carpet awards function to be attended by OSCAR and BAFTA winning celebrities, leaders in sustainability, leading industry professionals and many more.

You may cover interviews with leaders and celebs at the screenings and awards in Oct/Nov (subject to your availability) . If you can edit the videos as well that's a bonus (not mandatory). You should have your own or have access to minimum gears such as camera, small portable lights etc.

What difference will you make?

At least 85% of people who first came to learn about the UN SDGs via the film festival were not aware of those at all, until now! This can give you an idea of the need for this initiative to educate the common man about the UN SDGs, its significance and the importance of inspiring them to act on the UN SDGs. Your initiatives will ensure that the film festival gets even more notoriety and visibility, thus improving its ability to educate more people about the UN SDGs, boost the festival's public profile, increase the festival's participation, and enhance the support from individuals and organisations.
