The role of Supporter Care Coordinator is central to our fundraising and supporter engagement efforts. You will be responsible for delivering an outstanding supporter care service, ensuring that our supporters and the general public have a positive experience with Mind. This involves responding to all incoming enquiries via phone, email, and post within agreed timescales, and maintaining high standards of communication. Your work will help foster strong relationships with supporters, encouraging ongoing support and engagement.
In this position, you will work closely with the Supporter Donations team, sharing knowledge and processes to ensure a seamless supporter experience. You will manage interactions with individuals affected by mental health issues professionally and empathetically, providing appropriate health information and identifying safeguarding concerns in line with policies. Handling complaints and enquiries confidently and positively is also a key part of your responsibilities.
Proactively, you will identify opportunities to deepen supporter engagement, such as promoting Gift Aid and other fundraising initiatives, to help meet our fundraising targets. Keeping up-to-date with organisational activities, campaigns, and policies is essential to provide relevant and timely communication to supporters.
