The role of Head of Partnerships is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape SunGod’s strategic partnerships with athletes, creators, teams, brands, and charities. You will be responsible for delivering impactful campaigns, collaborations, and product innovations that enhance brand credibility, increase awareness, and attract new customers. Reporting directly to the MD and working closely with the Head of Marketing, this position is both creative and commercial, requiring a hands-on approach to drive growth.
Your key responsibilities will include managing SunGod’s partnerships program, overseeing global collaborations like those with McLaren F1 and INEOS Grenadiers, and leading the Partnerships & Community team. You will build and nurture long-term relationships with athletes, agents, and organizations, negotiating renewals and maximizing ROI. Collaboration with marketing and product teams will be essential to create compelling campaigns and content, while also feeding insights into product development.
You will be tasked with delivering creative activations—from grassroots community events to international campaigns—and tracking partnership performance through data analysis to demonstrate ROI. Effective budget management and representing SunGod across various platforms and networks will be crucial. Additionally, you will identify new partnership opportunities with leading teams, brands, and cultural partners to keep SunGod at the forefront of the industry.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading partnerships within a consumer-facing, brand-led environment, with a track record of delivering successful campaigns and activations. Strong negotiation, leadership, and strategic skills are essential, along with the ability to build credible relationships at all levels.
