What will you be doing?

Role Description

Working closely with service users on a 1:1 basis or with an interpreter to resolve issues and find the information they need to solve their problems or sign post to other organisations that may be able to help. Provide information and advice to service users on a wide range of issues, and help with for example, asylum support issues, finding local services information for people, solving problems with bills. Contact agencies on clients’ behalf, by phone, email and letter. Maintain confidentiality. Understand and adhere to all policies and procedures.

This role will require a DBS check.
