What will you be doing?
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead fundraising campaigns and initiatives Organise and support fundraising events and community outreach Build relationships with donors, sponsors, and local businesses Collaborate with and build PR and support teams to raise DorSAR’s profile Help manage donation platforms and grant applications

What are we looking for?
Strong communication skills – both verbal and written, to effectively engage donors and supporters. Organisational and planning abilities – to coordinate fundraising events and campaigns. Team leadership – ability to motivate and guide volunteers in fundraising activities. Relationship building – experience in creating and maintaining connections with donors, sponsors, and community partners. Understanding of fundraising methods – such as grant writing, corporate partnerships, and individual giving Knowledge of the Fundraising Code and data protection regulations – especially GDPR compliance relevant to donor data
