What will you be doing?

Trustees are Hope bring lived experiences and professional skills that help govern and guide the charity lawfully, such as specifically in finance, business management and HR.  The Board has 6 member currently and would like to expand to about 8 and hope to attract interest from outside of the area to complement those trustees based in Bromyard.

What are we looking for?

Trustees will be warm, friendly and understanding of the Third Sector. They will have experience in current charity challenges and an understanding of finances, governance and charity guidance.  Previous Board Trustee experience is desirable but not essential.  

What difference will you make?

As part of our board you will support and shape our work and strategic direction, as well as help us achieve our purpose. This is a vital role, helping ensure we can continue our support for our community. As a trustee, you will have a real opportunity to offer your unique skill set to help the strategic progression of the charity.
