What will you be doing?
As the designated Recruiter, you will drive recruitment efforts of voluntary Team Members. All our volunteers are experts in their fields so think clinical, research, governance and commercial roles Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and departments Write and post clear, engaging role descriptions on relevant platforms Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals) Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview processes Maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring journey Track and report recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs Collaborate with People/HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes
What are we looking for?
For the Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruitment role we are looking for a professional with the following qualities:
Experience of working in high volume recruitment environments - either in-house or agency Prior experience in a similar role (paid or voluntary) Strong interpersonal and organisation skills A passion for collaboration and working as part of the team Articulate written, visual and verbal communicator, excellent copy accuracy and proofreading skills; fluency in English is essential.
