Role Summary

  • You'll be joining the Digital Transformation Programme team as a Change Support Officer for a duration of up to 24 months.
  • A key part of your role will involve supporting and delivering change readiness activities alongside your colleagues in various domains like change, communication, training, etc.
  • You'll contribute to stakeholder engagement, communications, and training coordination, ensuring that individuals and teams impacted by the programme are well-informed and equipped to adapt to the change.

Role Requirements

  • Experience working in a project or programme environment.
  • Proactive and organized approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
  • Competency in building trust and positive working relationships across teams.
  • Experience in the development and maintenance of communications and learning materials.
  • Brings an exposure to technology-enabled transformation.

We are currently looking for a Change Support Officer to join us for up to 24 months.

Your Role 

Are you someone who enjoys bringing clarity to complexity, thrives in collaborative environments and is motivated by helping others navigate change? 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Change Support Officer to join our Digital Transformation Programme team. Reporting to the Change Manager, you’ll work in a matrix team alongside colleagues in Change & Engagement, Communications, Training, and User Experience. Supporting the delivery of change readiness activity, you’ll help ensure that people impacted by the programme are informed, engaged and equipped to adapt.  

You’ll contribute to a wide range of activities including stakeholder engagement, communications and training coordination. Whether it’s preparing materials, supporting workshops or maintaining communication and training artefacts, you’ll play a vital part in helping teams embrace new ways of working.  

Your ability to stay organised in a dynamic environment, respond flexibly to shifting priorities, and build relationships across teams will be key to your success.  

About You 

Our ideal candidate will bring a thoughtful and proactive approach to their work, with a strong sense of initiative and a genuine interest in how people experience change.  

You will be curious, perceptive, and comfortable working in environments where not everything is defined. 

We’re looking for someone who: 

  • Has experience of working within a project or programme environment. 
  • Builds trust and positive working relationships across teams. 
  • Is organised and responsive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities. 
  • Has contributed to the development and maintenance of communications and learning materials.  
  • Takes ownerships of their work while remaining open to guidance and collaboration. 
  • Brings some exposure to technology-enabled transformation (either directly or indirectly), which will help in understanding the context and pace of change.
