Harbour Brewing Co. is one of the fastest-growing craft beer brands in the UK, and we are looking for a creative, commercially minded, and experienced Brand Manager to join our team.

The Company

Founded in 2012 and proudly based in Cornwall, Harbour Brewing Co. is an aspirational yet down-to-earth brewery with equal measures of punch, attitude, and friendliness. We’re recognised by our peers as one of the UK’s most innovative and quality-focused craft beer producers.

Following investment from St Austell Brewery in 2022, our commercial ambition is twofold: to drive incremental sales in our South West heartland, while continuing fast-paced nationwide growth.

We are now entering an exciting new chapter, with a refreshed brand identity currently in development and you will play a key role in bringing it to life.

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Brand Manager to lead the creation and execution of marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, strengthen consumer connection, and directly support our sales ambitions.

This role will be central to launching our new brand identity and ensuring it lands with impact across every channel and touchpoint. You’ll combine strategic thinking with creative execution to deliver best-in-class campaigns that set Harbour apart in a highly competitive market.

A passionate brand-builder, you’ll be hands-on across the full marketing mix — from trade activations to partnerships, events, PR, digital, and beyond. A love of beer and an understanding of the culture around it will be key, as will spending time in trade to inform decisions and shape activations.

As a member of the Senior Management Team, you will have the profile, presence, and influence to engage stakeholders at every level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the roll-out of Harbour’s new brand identity, embedding it across all channels and consumer touchpoints.
  • Plan and execute the Harbour Brewing Co. marketing strategy, aligned to overall business objectives.
  • Act as brand custodian, ensuring our values and guidelines are consistently upheld.
  • Develop and manage a network of agencies and freelancers.
  • Work closely with the sales team to deliver trade initiatives, sales support materials, and compelling category stories.
  • Identify and activate partnerships, events, and experiences that resonate with our audience.
  • Oversee participation in regional and national events to showcase Harbour and strengthen our presence.
  • Analyse performance using sales data and market insights, recommending improvements to optimise results.
  • Set and manage the annual marketing budget, with clear measurement against KPIs.

About You

  • 4+ years’ experience leading brand marketing, ideally within a fast-paced, founder-led business.
  • Proven track record of growing brands across multiple channels, ideally within food, drink, or hospitality.
  • Commercially sharp, results-oriented, and confident managing budgets and P&L responsibility.
  • Strategic thinker with creative flair with the ability to translate ideas into effective actions.
  • Hands-on experience across trade marketing, partnerships, PR, events, and digital (e-commerce experience a bonus).
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organised, with strong project management and the ability to prioritise multiple initiatives.
  • Passionate about brand building, curious by nature, and excited to help shape Harbour’s next chapter.

What’s in it for You

  • A company culture centred on inspiration, creativity, and empowerment.
  • A fun and dynamic environment, with training and support to develop your career.
  • Competitive financial package, commensurate with experience.
