What will you be doing?
Laamiga, a charity empowering refugee and minority ethnic women, seeks a female Fundraising Volunteer to support impact assessment and evaluation. This role involves collecting and analyzing data on program effectiveness, understanding beneficiary needs, and contributing to new project development. You'll help demonstrate the value of Laamiga's work to funders, strengthening grant proposals and ensuring impactful services. A commitment of 1-2 hours weekly is ideal. What You Will Be Doing:
Impact Assessment: Assist in developing and implementing methods to track and evaluate the effectiveness of our programmes. This may involve gathering feedback from beneficiaries, analyzing programme data, and creating reports that showcase our achievements. Needs Analysis: Help us better understand the evolving needs of our beneficiaries through surveys, interviews, and focus groups. Your insights will inform the development of new and responsive programmes. Project Development: Based on your understanding of beneficiary needs and programme impact, propose new project ideas that align with our mission. This may include initiatives focused on financial literacy, personal budgeting, or other areas identified as critical. Fundraising Support: Collaborate with the fundraising team to gather compelling qualitative and quantitative data that demonstrates the impact of our work. This information will be used to strengthen grant proposals and reports to funders.
