Role Summary

Role Requirements
- Proven experience in product/customer analytics, preferably in subscription-based, SaaS, or platform businesses.
- Advanced SQL skills and familiarity with data transformation tools such as dbt.
- Comprehensive understanding of statistics and experience with BI tools, event tracking tools, and customer data platforms.

The role: As a Senior Data Analyst at TrustedHousesitters, you will turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. You will be hands-on and collaborate across product, engineering, finance, and other teams. Your work will shape our understanding of member lifetime value and support product squads with analysis. You will challenge assumptions, uncover user behaviors, and translate member problems into opportunities that drive business growth and enhance platform experience.
Job requirements: We are looking for someone with proven experience in product, member, or customer analytics, ideally in subscription, marketplace, SaaS, or platform businesses. You should have advanced SQL skills, experience with data transformation and modeling tools such as dbt, and a solid understanding of statistics and experimentation. Experience with visualization and BI tools, event tracking tools, and customer data platforms is also required.
