Role Summary


- Implement and optimize CRM strategies across various platforms including email, SMS, the web, and referral programs
- Manages global CRM calendar, fostering cross-functional collaboration
- Uses customer data for CRM segmentation and personalization
- Maintains our CRM databases ensuring clean, accurate, and updated customer data
- Leads CRM performance analysis and reporting

Role Requirements


- Two to three years of experience in CRM in D2C e-commerce or a retail brand
- Proficient with tools like Bloomreach, Salesforce, Ometria, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics
- Capable of managing and implementing email & SMS campaigns
- Experience with A/B testing and able to use data to optimize results
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and pivot and adapt plans in real time

So, we’re on a mission to change it.To help us keep the mission on track we’re looking for a CRM Executive to drive the implementation and optimisation of Vivobarefoot’s global CRM marketing across email, SMS, referral and loyalty programs.

What you’ll be doing:

We’re looking for an energetic CRM Executive to help us deepen our relationships with our global community while championing CRM channel performance. You’ll join a high-performing CRM team, tasked with creating meaningful, long-term customer value through connected experiences – from personalised, data-led CRM campaigns to behavioural lifecycle communications, and our new loyalty program.

As a CRM Executive you will own the execution and optimisation of our CRM marketing strategy across email, SMS, refer a friend, and web touchpoints. You’ll be working with in-house experts in Lifecycle marketing, CX, CS, loyalty, brand, creative and eCommerce to generate our global newsletter calendar, product engaging content, data-led campaigns and ultimately contribute to our regenerative customer experience.

Campaign Planning & Execution


  • Plan and execute CRM campaigns across channels email, SMS, and web, managing a global CRM calendar
  • Align campaigns with brand & product marketing calendars (e.g. brand campaigns, community events, seasonal promotions, product launches, tech releases)
  • Project manage the creative process, with our in-house creative studio, to generate content for each CRM touchpoint: Email, SMS and Web, by leading creative briefings and timelines
  • Monitor campaign performance for continuous improvement, including the use of A/B testing
  • Attend campaign strategy meetings, working with cross-functional teams to devise CRM activation plans

Customer Data & Segmentation


  • Use customer data (purchase history, browsing behaviour, demographics, preferences, zero-party data) to create detailed customer segments
  • Target customer segments with personalised offers, content and campaigns
  • Maintain CRM databases to ensure clean, accurate, and updated customer data
  • Collaborate with CRM team to derive insights from CRM data (like cohort behavioural analysis, campaign attribution funnels, customer lifetime value, churn risk, etc.)
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of CRM tools and platforms


Performance Analysis & Reporting


  • Track key KPIs related to CRM channel engagement and CRM conversion rates
  • Analyse campaign performance and customer behaviour to continuously improve CRM campaigns
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports to represent both qualitative and quantitative insights that are shared amongst business stakeholders

Collaboration with Other Teams


  • Collaborate with brand, product, design, ecommerce, merchandise and tech teams to align planned CRM campaigns
  • Drive value-add amongst CRM campaigns by connecting with Community teams, Retail store teams, Event teams, PR and Social teams to enrich CRM campaign content, planned and ad-hoc
  • Host weekly meetings with key stakeholders required to implement CRM campaigns, such as our in-house creative studio, brand managers and CRM team lead
  • Ensure CRM campaigns support the broader business goals (e.g., brand awareness, community growth, revenue growth)

ALL ABOUT YOU



  • 2-3 years’experience in CRM in a D2C e-commerce or retail brand.

  • Hands on experience with CRM/email marketing tools like Bloomreach, Salesforce, Ometria, Klaviyo
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio or Tableau, a plus
  • Proven experience of self-managing and implementing email & SMS campaigns
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle stages and how to influence behaviour through messaging & email content design
  • Confident applying customer segmentation, and tailoring personalised email & SMS content
  • Proven proficiency in analysing campaign performance, and using data to optimise results; familiarity with A/B testing
  • Hands on experience with managing email marketing for multiple markets/languages, a plus (not mandatory)
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, comfortable to pivot and adapt plans in real time
