Tilt PMs don’t just sit noodling on spreadsheets, they get stuck into the hum and thunder of creative life. Whether helping to reduce global drink driving rates alongside the UN, transforming learning culture for some of the world’s largest organisations, or embracing ground-breaking advancements in AI to deliver global campaigns, you’ll go home feeling like you’ve made a difference.

YOU:

  • Are a natural born organiser. You’ve got a thing for the details while keeping one eye on the bigger picture at all times.
  • Have exceptional people skills. You understand what brings people together, how to get the best out of everyone, fostering relationships that last.
  • Don’t paddle. You have a hunger to dive straight in, thrive in bringing order to chaos, and don’t get phased by a challenge.
  • Can pivot. All while demonstrating rigorous project and financial control, and being a grounding force for those around you.
  • Have a minimum of two years working experience in digital creative agencies, with experience of using project management tools.

YOU’RE NOT:

  • Surface-level. You want to know how things work, and why.
  • Dependent. While you thrive around others, you know how to lead and prioritise.
  • A taskmaster. We are nice people who enjoy making great work together.

YOU CAN:

  • Scope, manage and deliver projects to time and budget, with a happy client and a thriving project team.
  • Foster and grow relationships with your clients that lead to long-term partnerships.
  • Manage your own resource allocations while working alongside other team members to monitor resources across the agency.
  • Keep a firm grasp on project scope and financials, making strategic decisions on the ground to minimise risk.
  • Turn your hand to drafting statements of work and monitoring invoicing.
  • Manage an array of creative and digital projects across film, motion, design and development.
  • Have familiarity with GenAI and an appetite to learn about how it is used in creative projects to optimise workflows and amplify creativity.
  • Single-handedly lead both a client and project team to deliver creative excellence.

YOU’LL GET:

  • A salary of between £40,000-£44,000 depending on experience.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including:
  • Personal development budget and learning lunches
  • F45 Gym Membership and monthly wellbeing therapist
  • Pension and corporate healthcare schemes
  • Enhanced maternity/paternity leave
  • Charity fundraising donation matching
  • Access to annual independent financial advisor
  • Cycle to work and tech schemes
  • Personal development & conference allowance

  • Flexible working / hybrid working

PMs who can combine logistics and organisation with a sharp eye for creativity are a rare breed. If this sounds like you, we’d love to speak.

Send your CV and a cover note explaining why you believe you are right for this role, and why you want to join with our merry band of misfits, makers, thinkers and innovators.
