We’re looking for a Marketing Executive with a passion for storytelling, a nose for data, and a thirst for adventure. You’ll be joining Quirky Campers—a brand built on beautifully handcrafted campervans, sustainable travel, and wild weekend escapes—as we grow our community of travellers, creators, and campervan lovers.
In this part-time role (30 hours per week), you’ll be our content engine and campaign co-pilot, working closely with our Marketing Manager to bring the Quirky Campers brand to life across social, email, web, and beyond. Whether you’re documenting your perfect road trip or crafting the perfect TikTok content series, you’ll be helping us inspire more people to hit the road the Quirky way.
Your main areas of focus will be the hire platform with the opportunity to market all areas of the business including our campervan sales platform, converter directory and shop.
What You’ll Do:
This role is all about creating content that connects, campaigns that convert, and collaborations that count. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you’ll bring our brand to life across all digital channels. No two days are the same.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across social (IG, Fb, TikTok), blog, web and email, with the support and guidance of the Marketing Manager
- Create engaging, on-brand content (photos, videos, reels, blogs) that tells the story of our vans, our community, and our values
- Contribute to social media channel growth (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)—from scheduling posts to engaging with followers and other brands, you’ll be leading on all campaign content
- Update our website using WordPress CMS (think landing pages, blog posts, special offers, news updates)
- Set up measurable campaigns and report on results using GA4 to track performance and turn insights into action
- Coordinate partnerships and competitions with like-minded brands, media outlets and influencers… Implementing outreach, building relationships, organising joint campaigns, and amplifying our reach
- Capture content on the road (occasionally) e.g. road trips, travel hacks, van tours, owner features, and real-time adventures (must be happy to drive the vans!)
- Assist in designing and sending marketing emails via Mailchimp that make inboxes a little more exciting

Skills and experience – Required
- Social media content creation (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Digital campaign planning & execution (email, blog, social, web)
- Confident with WordPress CMS
- Photography & videography (filming, editing, producing content)
- Familiar with Canva, Google Drive, Google Sheets
- Understanding of digital performance metrics and ability to use tools such as GA4 to answer performance questions
- Comfortable driving our campervans (Note: Must be 23+ years old for insurance and have held a full UK driving licence for at least 2 years)
- Competent in using LLM AI to improve process efficiency whilst ensuring a human touch
Skills and experience – Preferred
- Email marketing using platforms like Mailchimp
- Graphic design experience
- Familiarity with WooCommerce (or similar platforms)
- Ability to write authentic and engaging blog content
- Experience managing contractors or freelancers
- Comfortable being in front of camera using your personality and enthusiasm to promote the brand
The practical stuff:
- Part-time role: 4 days/per week
- Flexible hours: build a schedule that works for you around the needs of the business and your colleagues
- Location: This role is remote but we would love you to come to London for in-person meetings every 2 months. We are ideally looking for someone who is able and willing to travel to campervan locations to capture new content
- Salary: £30,000 Pro rata
- Start date: January 5th 2026
