Role Summary

The Longevity Show is a new global event exploring the science, products, and business of living longer and better. Created in partnership between Founders Forum Group and Longevity.Technology, it will bring together over 3,000 attendees — from scientists and clinicians to entrepreneurs, investors, and consumers — for two days of insight, innovation, and inspiration in June 2026.
We’re now seeking an Experience Lead — a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the success of a flagship event from day one. A creative producer and strategist who will design and deliver a standout live experience that brings longevity to life in fresh, engaging, and commercially impactful ways.
This role focuses on what attendees will experience and gain from attending, combining creative vision with practical delivery. You’ll work cross-functionally across content, marketing, sponsorship, and operations to ensure every element — from stages and activations to partner showcases — connects meaningfully with attendees and drives value for partners. With significant scope for development, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to be part of building world-class events in the longevity space.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Delivery
- Lead the overall experience design for The Longevity Show, ensuring it feels inspiring, accessible, and distinctive.
- Translate the event’s themes into physical and interactive features that engage visitors
- Design engaging environments across stages, activations, and show features that encourage discovery and participation.
- Collaborate with the content team to align programming and experience design
- Partner with marketing to ensure communications, visuals, and audience journeys reflect the on-site experience
Commercial Creativity / Sponsor Integration
- Work closely with the sponsorship team to create innovative ways for sponsors to showcase their products, services, and technology that drive mutual commercial success
- Develop ideas that turn brand participation into authentic, experience-led moments that benefit both the sponsor and the attendee.
- Collaborate with the sponsorship team to design activations and content-led experiences that deliver measurable engagement & ROI.
- Provide creative input into sponsorship packaging and deliverables to help maximise sponsor impact and event revenue.
Audience Experience
- Design the event flow and attendee journey to optimise engagement and satisfaction.
- Identify high-impact “moments” throughout the event that surprise and delight visitors
- Ensure the ticket proposition is clearly aligned, articulated and delivered across the whole event experience
- Gather feedback and insights from attendees to continuously improve experience quality and audience connection.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Partner with all departments to ensure the event experience is unified and executed seamlessly.
- Manage relationships with any external creative and production partners to bring ideas to life on time and within budget.
Requirements
Who You Are
- An experienced event creator or experiential producer who knows how to turn ideas into immersive, memorable live environments.
- Strong background in consumer or B2B experiential events, exhibitions, or festivals.
- Skilled in collaborating with sponsors and brands to build impactful activations.
- Naturally curious about health, wellness, and innovation, with a flair for storytelling through experience.
- Collaborative, organised, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders.
