- 3+ years of experience in instructional design or a similar role.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms.
- Strong communication, writing, and editing skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
