The role

The Barista & Hosting role is essential in creating a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere at The Coffee Cart & Livit Hub. This position focuses on preparing and serving high-quality beverages while providing exceptional service to guests and coworking members, ensuring every visit is warm, professional, and memorable.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee & other beverages as needed in an elegant, always up-to-standard manner

  
  

• Welcome and greet customers warmly, promoting specials or new items, and addressing any inquiries.

  
  

• Efficiently process orders and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  
  

• Maintain and troubleshoot coffee machines and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.

  
  

• Stay on top of inventory control and sales reports.

  
  

• Package beverage items neatly and attractively, focusing on presentation.

  
  

• Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and workspace regularly, including restocking and trash disposal.

  
  

• Manage inventory by stocking and replenishing items in display cases, tables, or behind the counter.

  
  

• Collaborate with team members in a lively and energetic environment.

  
  

• Adhere strictly to all food safety regulations and quality control measures to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.

  
  

• Welcome and assist Coworking members, guests, and walk-ins with a warm and professional attitude.

  
  

• Provide information about space facilities, memberships, and ongoing activities.

  
  

• Handle member inquiries, give tours, and direct them to the right team when needed.

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

• A minimum of 1 year of experience working as a barista.

  
  

• Possession of a barista certification is preferred.

  
  

• Fluent in English with exceptional listening and communication skills.

  
  

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.

  
  

• Demonstrated willingness to learn about beverage preparation techniques.

  
  

• Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods.

  
  

• Availability to work from 8 AM - 4 PM on Weekdays and work on Weekends if needed.

  
  

• Strong hospitality skills, a dedication to customer satisfaction, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

  
  

• Capable of working effectively as part of a team and independently.
