The role: As an Activities Guide at WildLand, you will be part of our high-performing activities team, delivering bespoke outdoor experiences such as guided walks, e-bike tours, and stand-up paddle boarding. This role is crucial in creating memorable connections with the outdoors for our guests, ensuring they leave with lasting memories. Your responsibilities will include delivering consistent, high-quality performances, overseeing the coordination of activities, adhering to health and safety protocols, and maintaining equipment.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate will be a people person with a passion for the outdoors and experience in various activities like mountain guiding and freshwater paddleboarding. You should have relevant qualifications for outdoor activities and be knowledgeable about the local flora and fauna.
