Role Summary

The role We are seeking an Affiliate & Partnerships Manager to drive growth through one of our most dynamic marketing channels. You will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing ecosystem of affiliates and brand partners. This involves executing strategies that are both performance-oriented and brand-enhancing. You will lead negotiations, optimize performance, and discover new opportunities to advance the Numan brand.

Job requirements The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Partnerships or Affiliate Marketing within large D2C brands, preferably with some experience in med-tech. You should have a strong business development mindset, capable of negotiating and closing complex deals, and a solid understanding of the UK affiliate and partnerships landscape. Experience managing large budgets and building financial models to evaluate profitability is essential. Familiarity with affiliate networks like Partnerize, Impact, Awin, and analytics platforms like Looker is also required.
