This role requires the ability to balance performance with brand impact and convert partnerships into major growth engines. A successful candidate will bring substantial experience in Partnerships or Affiliate Marketing within large D2C brands, preferably with some exposure in med-tech. Your proven track record in partner pipelines management, negotiating high-value deals, and executing full-funnel partnership campaigns will be key. The Role We are seeking an Affiliate & Partnerships Manager to spearhead growth in one of our most dynamic marketing channels. Your responsibilities will include building and managing a robust ecosystem of affiliates and brand partners, executing strategies that balance performance with brand impact, and turning partnerships into a significant growth engine. This involves leading negotiations, optimizing performance, and discovering new opportunities to advance the Numan brand.
Job Requirements The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in Partnerships or Affiliate Marketing within large D2C brands, preferably with some background in med-tech. You should possess a strong new-business mindset, capable of negotiating and closing complex, high-value deals, and have a solid understanding of the UK affiliate and partnerships landscape. Experience in managing significant budgets and making ROI-driven decisions is crucial, along with a proven track record in managing partner pipelines and executing full-funnel partnership campaigns.
