Role Summary:

The role: As an Associate Advisor at BIT, you will be actively involved in developing and testing practical policy solutions or intervention ideas to address social issues, informed by behavioural science. You will conduct both qualitative and quantitative research to inform interventions and improve policy outcomes. This includes tasks like interviews, observations, literature reviews, data analysis, and the preparation of project deliverables such as behavioural maps and evidence summaries. You will also help plan and organise randomised controlled trials and other evaluations. Job requirements: We are seeking candidates who are passionate about behavioural science and public policy. You should have a solid foundation in qualitative research design and robust quantitative skills. Experience or interest in ethical AI use and clear communication skills are also important. While some skills are required, BIT provides training and development to fill any gaps, ensuring you have a solid foundation in behavioural science research and consultancy.
