It is essential to have experience in audit oversight, incident management, and regulatory compliance. Any experience in digital or tech-enabled healthcare environments is an added advantage.

The role As a Clinical Governance Lead at Numan, you will be integral to our Clinical Operations Team, focusing on delivering our services with the highest standards of safety and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining robust governance frameworks, managing clinical risks, overseeing audits, and ensuring regulatory compliance, including preparation for CQC inspections. You will lead the clinical audit and quality improvement programs, manage incident responses, and uphold our safeguarding protocols.
Job requirements We are looking for a professional who has extensive experience in clinical governance, particularly in designing and maintaining governance frameworks and managing clinical risks. Experience in audit oversight, incident management, and regulatory compliance, including CQC readiness, is essential. A background in digital or tech-enabled healthcare environments and familiarity with various clinical specialties will be advantageous.
