Role Summary
- Maintain and ensure safety and efficiency of Numan's services, adhering to highest governance standards.
- Oversee audits, manage incidents and safeguarding, maintain regulatory compliance, including CQC readiness.
- Lead design and maintenance of clinical governance systems, own the clinical risk framework, drive continuous improvements across our services.
Role Requirements
- Experience in designing, implementing, maintaining clinical governance frameworks within operational teams.
- Experience in clinical risk management, safeguarding responsibilities, and regulatory compliance, including preparation for CQC inspections.
- Familiarity with digital or tech-enabled healthcare environment and multiple clinical specialties is a bonus.

The role As a Clinical Governance Lead at Numan, you will be integral to our Clinical Operations Team. Your role will ensure our services are delivered safely, efficiently, and adhere to the highest governance standards. You will be responsible for embedding robust governance infrastructure, overseeing audits, managing incidents and safeguarding, and maintaining regulatory compliance, including CQC readiness. This position involves leading the design and maintenance of clinical governance systems, owning the clinical risk framework, and driving continuous improvement across our services.
