The Role We are seeking a Clinical Operations Lead to join our Clinical Operations team at Numan. This role involves hands-on clinical work combined with operational oversight to ensure our services are delivered safely, effectively, and to high-quality standards. You will be responsible for providing direct patient care, leading a team of Team Leads and GP Leads, and overseeing the day-to-day service delivery. Your tasks will include monitoring performance metrics, enhancing service delivery, and ensuring compliance with CQC standards.

Job Requirements The ideal candidate will have experience leading clinical teams in digital health or tech-enabled healthcare settings, scaling high-volume clinical services, and using clinical and operational data to drive improvements. Experience with technology-enabled workflows, automation, and AI to enhance efficiency and safety is highly desirable.
