Role Summary
- Serve as a key member of the Clinical Operations team.
- Oversee daily service delivery, manage Team Leads and GP Leads.
- Monitor performance metrics, enhance service delivery, and maintain adherence to clinical safety and operational efficiency.
- Ensure our services meet high-quality standards and adhere to CQC standards.
Role Requirements
- Experience in leading clinical teams, preferably in a digital health or tech-enabled health environment.
- Strong background in managing high-volume clinical services.
- Skills in utilizing clinical and operational data to drive improvements.
- Experience with technology-enabled workflows, automation, and AI is advantageous.

The Role As a Clinical Operations Lead at Numan, you will play a crucial role in our Clinical Operations team. This position involves direct clinical involvement and operational oversight to ensure our services are delivered safely, effectively, and meet high-quality standards. You will handle day-to-day service delivery, manage Team Leads and GP Leads, and ensure adherence to clinical safety and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include monitoring performance metrics, enhancing service delivery, and maintaining compliance with CQC standards.

You should have a strong background in managing high-volume clinical services and be skilled in using clinical and operational data to drive improvements. Experience with technology-enabled workflows, automation, and AI to enhance efficiency and safety is highly desirable.
