Currently, we're seeking a Clinical Product Lead for our AI team to ensure top-tier patient care and clinical safety with our AI Assistant. Key responsibilities include monitoring the AI Assistant, managing performance issues, maintaining compliance with regulations, and supporting user research.

The Role At Numan, we are committed to using responsible AI to enhance healthcare safety, effectiveness, and scalability. We are seeking a Clinical Product Lead to join our AI team. This role requires a blend of clinical expertise and product insight to ensure our AI Assistant upholds the highest standards of patient care and clinical safety. The successful candidate will monitor and test the AI Assistant, triage performance issues, ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards, and maintain the AI Assistant's knowledge base. You will also document test cases and results, collaborate across teams to implement changes, and support user research.

Job Requirements Applicants must have a clinical professional license and extensive experience in regulated healthcare environments. A strong interest in AI/ML applications in healthcare, particularly in clinical decision support, is essential. Experience with clinical validation, audit trails, and documentation for automated clinical tools is required. Candidates should have a systems mindset, strong communication skills, and comfort working in cross-functional teams.
