The Role
- Be a Clinical Product Lead, part of an AI team, and ensure the highest standards for our AI Assistant.
- Your tasks will include monitoring, testing, and triaging performance issues, ensuring clinical safety and legal compliance, maintaining the AI Assistant's knowledge database, and supporting user and usability trials.
Role Requirements
- Clinically trained professionals keen on health tech are a perfect fit.
- Experience in regulated healthcare environments, clinical validation, documentation, and interest in AI/ML applications in healthcare are required.
- Familiarity with clinical governance frameworks and audits in a digital healthcare context is imperative.

The Role At Numan, we harness the power of responsible AI to create safer, more effective, and scalable healthcare solutions. We are seeking a Clinical Product Lead to join our AI team. This role requires blending clinical insight with product thinking to ensure our AI Assistant upholds the highest standards of patient care, clinical safety, and usability. You will monitor and test the AI Assistant, triage performance issues, ensure clinical safety and compliance, maintain the AI Assistant's knowledge base, and support user research and usability testing.
Job Requirements The ideal candidate will be a clinically trained professional with a passion for health tech and a strong attention to detail. You should have extensive practice experience in regulated healthcare environments, a strong interest in AI/ML applications in healthcare, and experience with clinical validation and documentation. Familiarity with clinical governance frameworks and audit processes in a digital healthcare context is essential.
