Role Summary

Role Requirements
- A clinical background and experience in regulated healthcare environment
- Ability to translate clinical needs into product and operational requirements
- Strong communication skills for collaboration across teams
- Experience in clinical safety, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance
- Additional experience in obesity care, digital metabolic health programs, AI/ML tools in clinical settings is preferred

The Role We are seeking a Clinical Product Lead to join our clinical product team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role involves bringing clinical expertise to the product development process, ensuring our products are evidence-based, user-centered, and safe. You will work at the intersection of clinical insight, operations, design, and technology to build the future of proactive, digitally enabled healthcare. Your responsibilities will include designing patient journeys, identifying new clinical opportunities, and developing clinical decision support tools.
Job Requirements The ideal candidate will have a clinical background and experience in a regulated healthcare environment. You should be able to translate clinical needs into product and operational requirements and have strong communication skills for collaborating across diverse teams. Experience with clinical safety, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance is essential. Additional experience in obesity care, digital metabolic health programs, or AI/ML tools in clinical settings is a bonus.
