Role Summary

Role Requirements

  • Valid medical license and substantial clinical practice experience
  • Clinical speciality in obesity, endocrinology, diabetes, or metabolic medicine
  • Experience in prescribing and managing GLP-1s
  • Proven track record in designing and scaling clinical workflows
  • Systems-oriented mindset integrating clinical safety, patient outcomes, and operational excellence

The Role As the Clinical Product Leader for Obesity at Numan, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of obesity care. This involves combining clinical expertise with product and operational insights to set strategies and shape models of care. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure clinical integrity, embed safeguards, educate patients, and create clear pathways in the product experience. This role positions Numan as a leader in digital obesity treatment.

Job Requirements We are looking for someone with a valid medical license and substantial clinical practice experience, particularly in obesity, endocrinology, diabetes, or metabolic medicine. You should have experience in prescribing and managing GLP-1s and a proven track record in designing and scaling clinical workflows in regulated healthcare environments. You should be comfortable making complex clinical decisions and have a systems-oriented mindset that integrates clinical safety, patient outcomes, and operational excellence.
