Role Summary:

The Role We are looking for an experienced Clinical Safety Officer to lead clinical risk management across our digital health platform. You will establish and oversee the clinical safety framework, ensuring our products adhere to the highest standards of patient safety and regulatory compliance. This role involves owning our clinical risk management system, updating safety documentation, and leading risk assessments and hazard identification workshops. You will also make clinical release decisions and ensure all safety measures are effective before product launches.

Job Requirements Candidates should have an active registration as a healthcare professional and formal training in clinical risk management, preferably with experience in health IT or digital health environments. A thorough understanding of DCB 0129/0160 standards and NHS digital safety frameworks is essential. Strong analytical skills, experience in managing safety documentation, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams are also required.
