The Role As a Dispensing Operative at our Medicines & Healthcare products Regulatory Agency registered warehouse in Cardiff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched. You will also manage stock, conduct quality checks, and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, has attention to detail, and possesses the physical stamina for manual tasks. While previous experience in a warehouse is beneficial, we provide full training. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, is essential.

Job Requirements We are looking for individuals who can work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment, have strong attention to detail and accuracy, and are good team players with effective communication skills. Physical stamina for manual tasks is also required.
