The Role We are seeking a Head of Partnerships to strategically manage and expand Numan's partnerships ecosystem, which includes influencer collaborations, affiliates, and brand alliances. You will work closely with the Brand and Creative teams to develop and implement comprehensive, data-driven strategies that drive customer growth, increase reach, and enhance engagement. This role involves leading a high-performing team, managing the partnerships budget, and overseeing all stages of partnership development from strategy to execution.
Job Requirements The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading Partnership and Affiliate Marketing initiatives, preferably in the D2C sector, with a deep understanding of the UK partnerships landscape. Leadership skills, experience in managing significant budgets, and a proven track record in setting and achieving strategic goals are essential. Experience in med-tech is considered a plus. Strong analytical skills, experience in financial modeling, and the ability to negotiate and manage complex deals are also required.
