Role Summary

  • Oversee product marketing and GTM functions including audience research, product positioning, launch strategies, and post-launch optimization.
  • Manage Consumer Research & Insights to ensure strategies are deeply rooted in customer understanding.
  • Collaborate with Product, Brand, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
  • Report directly to the CMO.

Role Requirements

  • Need extensive experience in Product Marketing, GTM, or insights-driven roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products, preferably in D2C, tech, or health sectors.
  • A strong grasp of research methods and data-driven storytelling and excellent collaboration skills are essential.

The role We are seeking a Head of Product Marketing & GTM to lead our product definition, positioning, and launch strategies. This role involves overseeing the entire product marketing and GTM functions, including audience research, product positioning, launch strategies, and post-launch optimization. Additionally, you will manage the Consumer Research & Insights, ensuring our strategies are deeply rooted in customer understanding. This position collaborates closely with Product, Brand, Marketing, and Commercial teams and reports directly to the CMO.

Job requirements The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Product Marketing, GTM, or insights-driven roles, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products, preferably in D2C, tech, or health sectors. A strong grasp of research methods and data-driven storytelling is essential, along with excellent collaboration skills.
