Role Summary

The Role Numan is evolving its platform into a personalized healthcare experience. As a Principal Product Designer, you will be at the heart of this transformation, focusing on the Core Experience which is fundamental to every patient journey across our products. This strategic and hands-on role involves setting the direction for the Core Experience, ensuring clarity and consistency across multiple products, and establishing design standards. You will work closely with the Design Director to support product vision, experience strategy, and the development of our design practice as we scale.

Job Requirements We are seeking someone with extensive experience at a Principal, Staff, or similar senior level in product-led environments, with a strong foundation in systems thinking and platform-level UX. You should be capable of working with senior partners across the organization and influencing the direction of work through clarity and reasoning. Experience in healthcare or other regulated settings is a bonus, as is experience developing modular systems or shaping team processes.
