The role: As a Sales Associate, you will support our mission to save our home planet by enhancing customer experiences and engaging with the community. Your responsibilities will include welcoming and assisting customers, understanding and meeting their needs, sharing your knowledge about our products and core sports, and contributing to our store's success through various activities including customer service, merchandising, and store operations.

Job requirements: We are looking for a colleague with a service-oriented mindset, who thrives in a team-based atmosphere. You should have enthusiasm for learning about our products and values, a passion for the environment, and the ability to handle money accurately. Fluency in German and English is required. Experience in retail or the outdoor industry and participation in our core sports are considered a plus.
