Role Summary

Role Requirements
- Strong experience in Python/Django or Ruby on Rails
- Ability to design and develop scalable web APIs
- Familiarity with relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases
- Attention to system health, monitoring, and debugging
- Comfortable in an agile working environment

The Role We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join our supportive and collaborative team. In this role, you will contribute directly to building the next generation of our medical platform, improving patient outcomes, and scaling our services. You will design and maintain core backend systems, build scalable APIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
Job Requirements We are looking for someone with strong experience in Python/Django or Ruby on Rails, and proven ability in designing and developing scalable web APIs. Familiarity with both relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases is essential. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to system health, observability, monitoring, and debugging, and comfort working in an agile environment.
