The Role We are seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to drive growth and performance within our Obesity business unit. This role involves P&L ownership and strategic leadership, requiring you to act as the commercial and strategic owner of your business unit. You will be responsible for the financial results and long-term strategy, collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, and Tech teams to bring your strategies to life. Your main tasks will include leading the P&L for your business unit, defining the strategy and value proposition for your customer segment, and ensuring alignment across various teams to meet business objectives.
Job Requirements The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in driving commercial performance and influencing business outcomes, preferably in consulting, scale-ups, or high-growth health/tech environments. You should possess a business-owner mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams. Experience in healthcare, consumer health, or regulated environments is a bonus.
