The Role As a Senior Graphic Designer at Numan, you will be a key member of our Brand Design team, reporting directly to the Brand Design Director. Your role involves bringing a vibrant creative mindset and clear, empathetic leadership to the team. You will be expected to deliver high-quality creative work quickly and uphold the highest standards. Your responsibilities include creating visual content for both digital and print media, developing brand assets with consistency, and collaborating on larger brand-building initiatives. You will also mentor junior talent and work on multi-year projects that require modern, progressive conceptual thinking.
Job Requirements We are looking for a world-class brand identity designer with extensive experience in creating deep conceptual brand thinking and graphic design systems. You should have proficiency in leading design software like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience in managing senior stakeholders through complex creative processes is crucial. A consultative and collaborative problem-solving approach is also essential.
