The Role As the Senior IT Engineer based in our London office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that IT is a visible, integrated, and reliable part of our operations. This position offers the autonomy and scale needed for both seasoned experts and those stepping into seniority. You will be responsible for moving beyond solving tickets to owning IT initiatives end-to-end, providing essential technical expertise and insights that help shape our broader IT strategy. Your success will hinge on balancing high-level project delivery with being a helpful, visible presence on-site.
Job Requirements We are looking for someone who can manage 'Business as Usual' tasks while being a trusted point of contact for our staff. You will need to have a knack for juggling priorities in a high-pressure environment, strong professional presence, and hands-on technical expertise with Google Workspace, macOS, and Windows device management. Experience with ITSM tools like Freshservice or Jira Service Desk and a detail-driven approach to maintaining clear documentation are essential.
