Role Summary

The Role As a Senior IT Engineer at Numan, you will be the primary onsite technical partner in our London office. This role offers the autonomy and scale needed for both seasoned experts and those stepping into seniority. You will be responsible for moving beyond solving tickets to owning initiatives end-to-end. This includes providing vital technical expertise and insights that help the Lead Engineer shape our broader IT strategy. Your success will be measured by your ability to balance high-level project delivery with being a helpful, visible presence on-site.
Job Requirements We are looking for someone who can manage 'Business as Usual' tasks while being a trusted point of contact for our staff. You should be able to partner with business leads to provide essential insights for strategic decisions, own IT projects from planning to delivery, and manage our fleet of remote assets and office infrastructure. A strong professional presence and hands-on technical expertise with Google Workspace, macOS, and Windows device management are essential. Experience with ITSM tools and a detail-driven approach to maintaining clear documentation are also required.
