Numan is a digital health platform, with a mission to empower individuals to take control of their health. Since its inception in 2018, the global team has grown to over 300 people, developing an integrated health system of diagnostics, medication, supplements, digital programs, and doctor consultations. As a Senior Paid Social Manager at Numan, your key responsibilities include:
- Develop strategic direction for social performance
- Scale, enhance efficiency, and foster creative innovation across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Reddit, etc.
- Collaborate with teams across Creative, Data, and Brand to integrate storytelling with performance metrics
- Support integrated campaigns across PPC, SEO, CRM, and ATL
- Present insights to senior stakeholders. Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Paid Social
- Deep knowledge of Meta and TikTok algorithms
- Proven track record of improving CAC, LTV, and ROI
- Strong communication skills
- Experience leading teams
- Experience in direct-to-consumer healthcare or other regulated markets (preferable)

The role As a Senior Paid Social Manager at Numan, you will lead the Paid Social growth within our Marketing Centre of Excellence. You will be responsible for the strategic direction of social performance, driving scale, efficiency, and creative innovation across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging channels. This role involves developing Paid Social strategies, managing campaigns, driving experimentation, and collaborating with teams across Creative, Data, and Brand to integrate storytelling with performance metrics. You will also support integrated campaigns across PPC, SEO, CRM, and ATL, and present insights to senior stakeholders.
Job requirements We are looking for someone with extensive experience in Paid Social, a deep understanding of Meta and TikTok algorithms, and a proven track record of improving CAC, LTV, and ROI. Strong communication skills and experience in mentoring or leading teams are essential. Experience in direct-to-consumer healthcare or other regulated markets is a bonus.
