Role Summary

  • Lead the Paid Search strategy and performance across Google and Microsoft Ads.
  • Manage end-to-end PPC strategy, including campaign build, optimization, and budget.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Creative teams for high-quality ad copy, landing pages, and user-journey optimization.
  • Run structured tests to boost conversion rates, quality scores, and overall efficiency.

Role Requirements

  • Extensive experience in managing PPC at scale across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Expertise in Smart Bidding, RSAs, keyword strategy, conversion tracking, and platforms like Looker, GA4, or Amplitude.
  • Ability to manage budgets and report performance to stakeholders.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with attribution models, Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM), and incrementality testing.

The role As a Senior PPC Manager at Numan, you will lead the Paid Search strategy and performance across Google and Microsoft Ads. You will be responsible for owning the end-to-end PPC strategy, leading campaign build, optimization, and budget management. Your role will involve implementing and refining value-based bidding strategies using tools like Amplitude or first-party data. You will work closely with Product and Creative teams to ensure top-notch ad copy, landing pages, and user journeys. Additionally, you will run structured tests to enhance conversion rates, quality scores, and overall efficiency, and collaborate with Paid Social and SEO teams to share learnings and drive integrated growth.

Job requirements We are looking for someone with extensive experience managing PPC at scale across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, expertise in Smart Bidding, RSAs, keyword strategy, and conversion tracking. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data platforms such as Looker, GA4, or Amplitude are essential. Experience in managing budgets and reporting performance to stakeholders, as well as excellent copywriting, communication, and collaboration skills are required. Knowledge of attribution models, Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM), and incrementality testing is also important.
