The role As a Senior Product Manager at Numan, you will strategically own a core product area, focusing on delivering meaningful outcomes for our patients. You will lead product strategy and execution, collaborating with engineering, clinical, design, and commercial leaders to develop safe, scalable, and impactful solutions. Your role involves deep customer insight, rigorous discovery, and data-led decision-making to enhance patient experiences and health outcomes. You will be a trusted partner to senior stakeholders and play a crucial role in shaping the future of Numan's platform and services.

Job requirements We are looking for someone with a proven track record as a Product Manager in a fast-paced, technology-led environment. You should have strong experience in developing and delivering product strategy, balancing user, clinical, and commercial needs. Your expertise should include user research, discovery, and data analysis. A collaborative working style is essential, as is the ability to manage complex products with multiple stakeholders and dependencies. Excellent communication skills are crucial for articulating product thinking and influencing across teams and senior leadership.
