- Capability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with research platforms like YouGov, Attest, or Brandwatch, and expertise in SQL is beneficial.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills for effective results presentation.

The role We are seeking a Senior Researcher, Consumer Insights to lead the newly established consumer insights function at Numan. This role is pivotal in understanding the human factors that drive insights across brand, marketing, and product development. You will report to the Head of Product Marketing & GTM and collaborate with various teams to deeply understand customer behaviors and motivations. Your responsibilities will include building customer segmentation, designing and executing research programs, tracking brand and category health, and monitoring market trends. You will also manage research tools, external partners, and budgets to ensure the effectiveness of the insights function.
Job requirements The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in consumer or market research, preferably in fast-moving consumer goods, technology, or health sectors. You should have a robust understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and be skilled in translating insights into actionable strategies. Familiarity with research platforms like YouGov, Attest, or Brandwatch is essential, and knowledge of SQL is an advantage. Strong communication and storytelling skills are crucial for conveying findings effectively.
