The Role As the Social Media Lead at Numan, you will be instrumental in elevating our presence on social media from good to standout. Your mission is to position Numan as a top health brand on social platforms in the UK, driving channel growth and engagement through content that entertains, educates, and builds trust. You will have the autonomy to develop and lead a social strategy that vividly brings our brand to life through community engagement, innovative campaigns, smart partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
Job Requirements You will own Numan's social strategy, driving growth and engagement across key channels such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. You will also explore new opportunities on emerging platforms and subcultures. Your role involves using social listening to generate insights that inform creative and product strategies, aligning activities across content, brand, paid social, and PR to maximize campaign impact. You will collaborate closely with our Chief Creative Officer and Brand Director to ensure high-quality, creative outputs and manage agency partners effectively.
Creating Powerful Content & Community You will develop engaging, shareable content that strengthens Numan's social voice and builds a vibrant community. Your responsibilities include optimizing our YouTube presence with SEO, supporting broader content needs, and ensuring our content is authentic and true to our tone of voice.
Tracking, Reporting & Optimising You will keep abreast of social trends, cultural moments, and platform changes, reporting on performance with actionable insights. Balancing paid and organic content for growth and managing budgets is also part of your role.
